This notice explains what information the Cadxor website at cadxor.com collects and how we use it. It covers this website only. If you use the Cadxor platform under an agreement with us, that agreement explains how we handle the data in your workspace.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you request a demo or contact us, we receive what you enter in the form: for example your name, email address, company, job title and the details of your request. If you email us, we receive your message and email address.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider processes standard request data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers on this website. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, arrange and hold a demo, and follow up with you about Cadxor.
- To keep the website and our email secure and to prevent abuse.
- To meet legal obligations.
Who handles it for us
- Netlify, Inc. (United States) hosts this website and receives the forms you submit.
- Porkbun, LLC (United States) forwards email sent to @cadxor.com addresses to our mailbox.
- Our email service provider stores the messages we receive and send.
We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep demo and contact requests for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If you become a customer, your agreement with us applies instead. Our providers keep technical logs for the periods set out in their own policies.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing privacy@cadxor.com. Depending on where you live, for example California, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights. We will respond within the time the law requires.
Do Not Track
We do not track visitors across websites, so this website treats every visitor the same whether or not their browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Where your information is processed
Our providers process information in the United States.
Security
The website is served only over HTTPS. Access to the messages you send us is limited to the people who need it to respond.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
