A configurator that only offers what you can build.
Sales teams, distributors and customers configure inside the limits engineering defined. Incompatible parts are never offered, dimensions are checked as they are typed, and the 3D preview updates with every change.
Clear choices, immediate answers.
- Customer, product family and slot-by-slot component choice
- Dimensions in inches or millimetres, with allowed ranges shown
- Material, finish, quantity, options, required date and notes
- Live 3D preview you can rotate, zoom and orbit with the keyboard
- Calculated tube length, overall length and estimated weight
- Approval requirement, estimated lead time and price estimate where rules exist
- The list of outputs this configuration will produce
| Blocked | FLG_075_BW cannot connect to TUBE_050_065 (3/4 in flange vs 1/2 in tube). |
| Approval | Tube length 80.000 in exceeds the 72 in standard maximum → Engineering. |
| Approval | Material 316L → Engineering + Purchasing, +5 working days. |
| OK | Overall length 41.000 in (tube 40.000 in + 2 × 0.500 in flange). |
Fast in the browser, faithful to the model.
Instant parametric preview
For revolved and extruded families, the browser builds the preview from the same component data the CAD worker uses — so it updates in milliseconds.
GLB from released CAD
For complex parts, the worker converts each released STEP to a lightweight GLB/glTF mesh once per revision. The configurator places those meshes with the same connector frames.
Never the source of truth
The preview helps people decide. Released dimensions always come from the CAD job, and the drawing says so.
Inside Cadxor, in your portal, or in your own website.
Internal users configure in the Cadxor app. Customers and distributors can sign in with accounts restricted to the families and components you allow for them; a branded portal is on the roadmap. Or embed configuration in your own site and CRM through the API.
